We aim to provide a high-quality service at all times. If you would like to discuss how our service to you could be improved, or if you are dissatisfied with the service you are receiving, please let us know by contacting Kashif Shakeel at info@imsaccountancy.com. We will acknowledge any complaint within five working days and provide a full written response within 28 days.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction through our internal process, you have the right to lodge a formal complaint with our professional body, the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT). Furthermore, in accordance with the disclosure requirements of the Provision of Services Regulations 2009, we notify you that our professional indemnity insurance is underwritten by HDI Global Speciality SE and Great Lakes Insurance UK Limited. Their UK branch address is 20 Gracechurch Street, London EC3V 0BG. The territorial coverage of this insurance is worldwide, excluding claims brought in the courts of the United States of America or Canada.
